High on the southern slopes of the Groenland mountains is an isolated vineyard exposed to the elements of the cold climate. The only sound that breaks the silence at altitude is the whistle of the wind. An abundance of floral notes is revealed on the nose, with hints of dry rose petals. Greener, more earthy notes of beetroot and soil emerges next. A fresh and juicy palate with dry strawberry, sour cherry, grapefruit and cranberry flavours followed by a lengthy, crunchy finish.
