She started drawing when she was very young and has loved it ever since. She was trained and educated in Academy of Arts, where she gained ample experience with hand-painted techniques like watercolor, oil painting and line graphics. Applying her classical knowledge, Oksana became a self-educated digital artist. Based out of Lviv, Ukraine, she has built a flourishing career creating all kinds of digital artwork.About the ArtI really like to draw trees and forest creatures. In Ukraine we have Lisovyk – “spirit of the forest” from Slavic mythology. Usually he is shown as an old man. He is a friend of nature and the creatures that live in the forest. A few years ago I had a lack of inspiration and decided to take a vacation. I spent a week in a small village in the mountains and each day I went far in the forest with my sketchbook.
