In pairing these nuances, the Brunch Club personifies Maanschijn’s exploration of ethereal wine style. Designed as refreshing accompaniments to friendly gatherings, they’re deft, fresh and are best served chilled, with brunch. COMPOSITION This Brunch Club Dry Rosé 2024 blend is composed of Grenache noir, Semillon, Muscat d’Alexandrie and Syrah. The vineyards were harvested earlier in the season, in order to best capture the bright and youthful flavours characteristic of a true brunch wine. WINEMAKING The Grenache noir and Syrah were pressed gently, allowed to settle overnight and moved to aged French oak for fermentation. The Semillon and Muscat d’Alexandrie, destemmed and in whole bunches, fermented in maceration for six days, before being pressed to aged French oak. In both components, maturation lasted five months, on fine lees, before blending and bottling.
